Ortega is a single varietal organic still white wine, produced exclusively from the grapes grown at Forty Hall Vineyard, London. After harvest the grapes are driven to our winemaker Will Davenport at the award winning Davenport's Vineyard in Rotherfield, East Sussex. and pressed on the same day to retain the natural flavours of the grapes. 

Light-medium bodied and relatively low acidity makes for a perfect aperitif or pairs well with seafood, vegetables or salty cheeses.
