Only a couple of weeks ago we were enjoying the late summer sun as we harvested the grapes and tasted our new 2016 Sparkling wine, how quickly the seasons change. This autumnal photo above was captured by one of our ecotherapists Charlotte.
Being in touch with the changing of the seasons throughout the year can have many positive effects on us, encouraging good mental health and general well being.
