2023 was a spectacular harvest year for Forty Hall Vineyard, and the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that create our London Brut were all of superb quality when they went to press. Our ‘traditional method’ organic sparkling wine has completed the first stage of fermentation in the tank and is now bottled. Just like champagne, it will remain on the lees for eighteen months, for the second phase of fermentation, until it is ready for release, around autumn 2025.
We are offering supporters an opportunity to purchase our 2023 London Brut with a special 20% discount. The wine will be sold In Bond, meaning that you defer payment of VAT and Duty until you choose to release the wine from our Bonded storage, once the wine is ready.
This means you will get our wine at a great price while the income will help with our cashflow, securing the future of our project.

We have a limited allocation at this preferential price. Orders will be on a first come first served basis.
- Orders should be placed by October 31st, 2024.

We anticipate that the wine will be released by our winemaker into our Bonded storage by December 2025. You will be informed in the event of any delays to this.

Upon release we will advise you, and your wine will be available for home delivery or collection for free at Forty Hall Farm.

Delivery will be at extra cost. Please note there are some mainland addresses in the UK that our courier cannot deliver to. We will contact you upon purchase if your delivery address is not accessible.

Wines can be held ‘in-bond’ at our storage facility, ‘London City Bond’ until you choose to receive delivery. Duty and VAT on wines stored in this way will be payable only when the wines are withdrawn.
- Duty and VAT at the prevailing rate will be payable when you withdraw your wines from our bonded store. We will invoice you ahead of delivery or collection and payment should be made before delivery / collection.
- VAT is calculated on the duty payable as well as the original in-bond price.
- For online purchases, you are entitled to a refund within fourteen days of purchase, should you change your mind.
- Due to the unique nature of this in-bond offer, we are unable to accept cancellations after this time.
