Recently we've had to suspend most of our volunteering and ecotherapy project which has been heartbreaking during a time in which we know our volunteers might benefit from the project even more. Being outdoors in a green space is a powerful way of helping calm the system, all of us at the vineyard know this only too well. We hope to be up and running again soon but in the meantime our ecotherapists are keeping in touch with everyone and recently shared this list of resources which we wanted to share with you too.
