It's here! We are officially celebrating the launch of our 2015 Vintage London Sparkling Brut, the first release of London’s only sparkling wine for public sale.
We had a big win at the Soil Association’s Best of Organic Market (BOOM) awards back in July, when our 2014 Vintage sparkling wine received the award for Best Organic Wine so we can't wait to build on that success with our 2015!
London Sparkling Brut is made in the traditional method from the three classic champagne grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Forty Hall Vineyard is committed to producing sustainable, organic wines of exceptional quality from London-grown grapes harvested entirely from our 10-acre vineyard.
The vineyard works with multi-award-winning wine maker, Will Davenport, who shares their commitment to natural, artisan and sustainable wine production.
The wine is fresh, clean and zesty and has a satisfying acidity and long, dry finish. It is perfect for Christmas drinking, but will also develop well with ageing.
The 2015 Vintage London Sparkling Brut is available to buy now or from our “cellar door” at the Forty Hall Farm shop (open Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11.00am - 4.00pm).
