We are really excited to announce the new release of our 2019 London Brut.
Last week we toasted the end of the 2022 harvest with a first tasting of the sparkling, and all agreed it was delicious! It’s been sitting on the lees for the last couple of years in the winery of our award winning wine maker Will Davenport, and will only improve as it rests over the next few months. Perfect for Christmas celebrations!
The tasting was a treat for all the hard working volunteers and FHV team who couldn’t wait to try the fruits of our labours.
The sparkling wine is made in the traditional ‘champagne’ method, exclusively from the organic pinot noir, pinot meunière and chardonnay grapes grown here in our north London vineyard.
The Brut will be on sale for the first time at the Forty Hall Farmers’ Market this Sunday October 9th at Forty Hall Farm. The following week it will be available in the Forty Hall Farm shop.
