The 2017 vintage of Forty Hall Vineyard's Sparkling Brut, made in the traditional Champagne method from organically grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely from Forty Hall Vineyard.
All our wines are made exclusively with grapes by multi award-winning English wine maker, Will Davenport and reflect the best of low-intervention, natural English winemaking.
Our white 2017 Vintage FHV London Sparkling Brut boasts a seductive rose-blush hue (from the Pinot grapes in the blend), fine mousse and a persistent stream of enticing small bubbles.
With aromas of red apple, lime zest and hints of toastiness on the nose, fresh, crisp, citrus flavours all burst forth on the palate with golden kiwi and passion fruit complementing ripe Comice pear and quince notes on the finish. Its all important, vibrant acidity will ensure our 2016 vintage continues to improve even further with age.
